Disclaimer

Please read this Disclaimer carefully. It explains what Sansthaan’s astrology, Vastu, numerology, palmistry, tarot and remedy guidance can and cannot offer, and that you use all ideas and solutions on this website and in our consultations at your own risk and responsibility.

1.General disclaimer

The information, ideas, suggestions and solutions on sansthaan.com, and those given in any consultation by WhatsApp, phone, video or in person, are provided for general guidance and information only, on an “as is” basis. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about their accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability. Any reliance you place on them is strictly at your own risk.

2.Belief-based and traditional practices

Astrology, Vastu, numerology, palmistry, tarot, muhurat, panchang, gemstone, rudraksha, puja and related practices are traditional or belief-based systems. They are not scientifically validated and are not claimed to be. Interpretations differ between astrologers, schools and traditions, and two readings of the same chart may legitimately differ. Everything we say is an opinion and an interpretation, not a statement of fact.

3.No guarantee of any result

Nothing on this website or in any consultation is a guarantee, promise or assurance of any outcome. We do not guarantee marriage, relationship, reconciliation, pregnancy, childbirth, the sex of a child, health, recovery, employment, promotion, business success, wealth, profit, property, foreign settlement, examination results, legal results, removal of any dosha or obstacle, or the effect of any remedy, product, ritual or Vastu change. Past examples or general descriptions on this website do not predict your result. Results, if any, vary from person to person and we cannot be held to any particular result.

4.No liability or responsibility for ideas and solutions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sansthaan, its owners, astrologers, consultants and staff accept no liability or responsibility for any idea, opinion, prediction, remedy or solution suggested to you, or for any decision, action, omission, loss, expense or damage (financial, personal, emotional, professional, relational or otherwise) that follows from using this website or from any consultation.

You alone are responsible for how you use any guidance, and for your decisions and their consequences. Please read our Terms & Conditions for the full limitation of liability. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

6.Remedies, gemstones, rudraksha and rituals

Any remedy, gemstone, rudraksha, yantra, mantra, fast, puja or ritual mentioned is optional and traditional in nature. We make no claim that it will produce any effect. Before wearing a gemstone or rudraksha, or changing diet, fasting or routine, consider your health, allergies and circumstances. You are never required to buy any product or service from us or anyone else to avoid harm, and you should be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. We do not practise or promote black magic, witchcraft or any inhuman or evil practice, and we make no claim of supernatural or miraculous powers.

7.Muhurat, panchang and calculations

Muhurat, panchang, dasha and similar timings and calculations depend on the date, time, place, ayanamsa and method used, and may differ between almanacs, software and traditions. They may also contain errors or omissions. Confirm important timings with your family priest or a source you trust where your tradition requires it. We are not responsible for any event held or action taken on the basis of a calculation.

8.Accuracy of the information you provide

Guidance depends on the details you give us. Incorrect or approximate birth date, time or place can materially change a reading. We are not responsible for conclusions drawn from information that is incorrect, incomplete or unverifiable. Birth time rectification is an estimate.

9.Website content and availability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors, omissions or outdated content, and may be unavailable at times for maintenance, technical faults or reasons outside our control. We may change or remove content, services or prices at any time without notice. Descriptions of services are general and do not constitute an offer for a particular result.

10.External links and third-party services

Links to WhatsApp, payment gateways or other websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or control them and accept no responsibility for their content, security or practices. Use them at your own risk and read their terms and privacy policies.

11.Individual views and testimonials

Views expressed by an astrologer are that person’s own interpretation. Any descriptions of experiences or examples, where they appear, are illustrative and are not typical or guaranteed results.

12.Services we do not provide

We do not predict the sex of an unborn child, give medical diagnoses or cures, predict lottery, gambling or market outcomes, perform black magic or acts to harm or control anyone, or help with surveillance of any person. Please do not ask us for them.
