These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Sansthaan for the use of sansthaan.com and our consultation services. By using the website, requesting a consultation or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services. If you request a service that concerns a child (for example a child horoscope), you confirm that you are the child’s parent or lawful guardian and are acting for the child. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and WhatsApp Consent notice, all of which form part of this agreement.
Astrology, Vastu, numerology, palmistry, tarot and related practices are traditional or belief-based systems of interpretation. They are not recognised as empirical science, and different astrologers and different schools (for example Parashari, Jaimini or KP) may read the same chart differently. Guidance is the personal opinion and interpretation of the astrologer, offered for general guidance and your reflection. It is not a statement of fact or a promise of any result.
Sansthaan does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, engineering, architectural or any other regulated professional advice. Guidance must never replace advice from a qualified professional. Do not delay, change or stop any medical treatment, legal step, investment or safety measure because of anything said or written by us.
We do not guarantee, promise or warrant any outcome of any Service or Guidance. This includes, without limitation, marriage, relationship or reconciliation; pregnancy, childbirth or the sex of a child; health, recovery or longevity; employment, promotion, transfer or business success; money, profit, property or foreign settlement; examination, admission or court results; removal of any dosha, obstacle or difficulty; or the effect of any gemstone, rudraksha, puja, mantra, yantra, ritual, remedy or Vastu change.
Services and the website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, results and non-infringement. Muhurat and panchang timings depend on the place and method used and may differ between sources; confirm with your family priest where your tradition requires it.
All Guidance, ideas and solutions are offered for you to consider and are optional. You are solely responsible for every decision and action you take, or choose not to take, whether or not it relates to Guidance from us, and for the consequences. In particular you agree that:
You agree that the information you provide (including name, location, birth date, time and place, and the details of your question) is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it, including any information about another person. Guidance depends on the accuracy of what you give us. Incorrect or approximate details, in particular birth time, can significantly change a reading, and we are not responsible for results based on incorrect or incomplete information. Birth time rectification is itself an estimate.
Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of booking on our packages page or as confirmed to you on WhatsApp, and may be changed for future bookings without notice. Taxes, where applicable, are as stated. Payment is collected through a third-party payment gateway such as Cashfree Payments, and is subject to that gateway’s own terms; we do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Payment links may expire after a limited time (typically 48 hours). A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and we have acknowledged it. You are responsible for any gateway, bank or card charges applied to your payment.
If you believe you have been charged in error or twice, contact us promptly with the payment reference (see the Refund Policy).
All fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the limited, genuine circumstances described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Dissatisfaction with Guidance, or an outcome that differs from what you hoped for, is not a ground for a refund.
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
We may refuse, suspend or end service, block access and, where appropriate, report conduct to the authorities, without refund where the breach is yours.
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logo, name, design and layout, belongs to Sansthaan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website and make a personal, non-commercial copy of Guidance given to you for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, adapt, frame or create derivative works from the website or our materials without our written permission. The name “Sansthaan” and the logo may not be used without consent.
The website and Services rely on or link to third parties such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, hosting and communication providers, and other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms or practices, or for any loss that arises from your use of them. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sansthaan, its owners, partners, astrologers, consultants, employees, agents and affiliates (together the “Sansthaan Parties”) accept no liability and no responsibility of any kind for any Guidance, idea, suggestion, remedy, solution, prediction or opinion given, or for any decision, action, omission, expense, loss or damage that you or anyone else suffers in connection with the website or the Services.
Without limiting the above, the Sansthaan Parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, including loss of money, profit, business, opportunity, employment, property, relationship, reputation, data, goodwill, health, or emotional or mental distress, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if we were told that such loss could occur, and including loss arising from any interruption, error, delay, virus, unauthorised access or unavailability of the website or any third-party service.
If, despite the above, any liability is held to exist, the total aggregate liability of the Sansthaan Parties to you for all claims arising from a Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to Sansthaan for that specific Service.
What these Terms do not do. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law (such as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019). Where a law does not permit a particular exclusion or limit, it applies only to the extent the law allows, and the rest of these Terms continues in effect.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sansthaan Parties from and against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your breach of these Terms or any law; information you provide that is false or that you had no right to share; your use or misuse of the website or Services; any decision or action you take or any remedy you adopt; or any claim by a person for whom you requested or on whose behalf you used the Services.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website or Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the system, acted unlawfully or put our people at risk, or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (including no-guarantee, responsibility, liability, indemnity, intellectual property, governing law and dispute resolution) survive termination.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services you agree that we may contact you on the WhatsApp number and any other contact details you give us for matters connected with your inquiry, consultation, payment and support, as described in the WhatsApp Consent notice. You can withdraw consent as explained there.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, fire, floods, power, internet or telecom failure, outages of WhatsApp, payment or hosting providers, strikes, civil disturbance, government orders, the illness or unavailability of an astrologer, or cyber attacks. We will try to reschedule the Service in such cases.
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you may raise any complaint about the website, the Services or content with our Grievance Officer:

Phone and WhatsApp: +91 99676 58331
Online: Contact page or the inquiry form
Service area: Mumbai, Thane and suburbs. Consultations are held online by phone or video.
Acknowledgement of complaints: within 48 hours. Resolution: within 30 days of receipt, or earlier where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact us so we can try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days. If it is not resolved, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed by Sansthaan with notice to you (or by mutual agreement), under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, the language shall be English, and each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
Subject to the above, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or any forum that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Astrology is a traditional, belief-based practice. It offers interpretation, not guarantees, and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.
